★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with their policy. The website states that you can return purchased items to another store location, which is NOT true. Other stores can refuse to take the item back and Joe Fresh does not care at all. This is contrary to what is stated on the website. They let the stores who carry their label do as they please!! Very poor customer service and policy!! Will not be shopping there in the future.

When you call customer service (because no one will answer emails at this joke of a company) they claim they want to give you excellent customer service. From this point further, I will be boycotting pc products, joe fresh etc. I have passed on my experience to friends and colleagues alike. Don’t bother buying from this company if you have any intention of returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love Jo Fresh but pc optimum and pc insiders has changed all of that.
I made a a purchase of close to 200 dollars and I’ve not received my points or bonus points. I have contacted pc optimum around 12 times and have provided purchase dates order numbers etc and I keep being asked for the same information over and over again. This must be some sort of scam. They offer promotions and pc insiders bonuses and refuse to apply the points to my account.
Be careful if you’re purchasing more because of incentives these companies are thieves.
I’m disgusted with the service of all of these companies.
