We had our septic system inspected and cleaned this week. The service was exemplary. The man left my yard exactly as he found it. He locked my gates and coiled the hose he used. He was friendly and informative. A very good job

Update from 3 years ago - Once you convince McLellan's that the cheapest and fastest way isn't how you want things done the experience was okay. Plumbing technician was very helpful in explaining my reverse osmosis system as well. The heating and plumbing technicians also made some special trips back to their shop to get the proper installation hardware which was great to see. One of the few plumbers around that will actually show up for small repairs. Only thing I wish was that options are presented on how it should be done properly without cost in mind and then go from there on options.

First time we called we received excellent service. Plumber came out, found out that it wasn't a problem with my well pump but the plug. He corrected the problem and left. Ver nice...NO CHARGE. Called on a Friday and had an emergency, Water heater leaking quite badly. Was told that the earliest they could get to it was the following Wednesday and that it would be over $800, all over the phone. I got it replaced the next day, y myself for less than $350. Third time I called, we never received a call back. So again I had to do the repair by myself. Replacing a pressure switch isn't hard.

New Review: 15 March 2022 A few weeks ago, I had a problem with my shower: no hot water. I called McLellans, and Pam sent someone right away, late in the afternoon. What was expected to be a straightforward parts replacement turned into a major job of clearing out a mass of packed calcium deposit. Alex worked away at it with every available tool, while keeping his cool. After about an hour, Pam arranged for Glen to check it out as well. When he arrived, Alex finally got it cleared, and they installed the new parts .This was a totally frustrating job but once again McLellan guys took care of it thoroughly and with a great attitude. Two years ago McLellans did an excellent job of installing a new furnace for me. Since then I have had to call them for two unusual problems. The first time, following massive shaking of the furnace in the evening, I called the emergency line and talked with Pam. Jaz arrived first thing the next day and discovered a mouse that had eaten its way through the filter and ended up dislodging the blower wheel. Jaz quickly and carefully reset the wheel so it would work, then arranged for a new wheel which was installed right away. The second time, two days ago, the furnace repeated its shaking, starting with a huge bang. A call to Mike late in the day meant that Orel arrived early the next morning and found: a chipmunk in the same scenario. He was able to extract the critter and get the furnace back in working order. Jaz and Orel have done great jobs of assessing and tackling both installation and problem jobs with the furnace. They are patient and helpful in dealing with questions as well as efficient in doing the work. Pam and Mike have done the same in our phone conversations, especially in an emergency situation. I have nothing but praise for McLellans.

Sadly it was not at all a good experience. Oversold me product in the hundreds and came took the product back never refunded me the difference. Then never finished the job and on top of everything billed me more and when I refused to pay they sent it to collections. Never seen a business run so poorly. Since my experience I've since spoke to others who shared similar stories. Wish they had been a stand up company as I was looking for a reputable plumber. You have all these responses Pam yet i don't recall it in this fashion at all. I would love to sort out this with your company gladly. I have NEVER not paid my debts. But to write like your company did nothing is simply not true. Sadly 4 years later I still have a sour taste in my mouth how I was treated by your company. But let's sit down and go through this and we can make a decision of responsibility.

Did not show. They set a day and time with me to look at my furnace, I even called the morning of to confirm the time and they said "yes in the afternoon" about 230pm they called back saying they may not make it today can we re schedule a different time. I said " no I took time off for this, im loosing money just to be there" they said "ok we will see and let you know". They did not call or show up. No communication. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO ME.

I have dealt with this business for over 10 years. In that time I have had almost anything repaired or replaced that a business or household can expect from a plumbing and heating company. In every dealing I have had with this company and staff my requests for service have been always completed in a timely manner. The products supplied are always of great quality and professionally installed. I recommend you call them for anything plumbing and heating you wont be disappointed. They go above and beyond. If you want the job done right This is who you call. Our hot water heater guit working, they were able to able to fit us in, even though they are extremely busy. They stayed late and finished the job, they also noticed that our furnace in the garage was not working correctly. They fixed that too! If you need the job done ✔ right ✅. This is the company to call. Completely 110% happy and satisfied with the awesome job they did. Thank so very much. ?????
