Ils savent ce qu'ils font et prennent le temps de t'expliquer comment il vont faire. Très minutieux et patient. Je recommande, je paierais plus cher meme si j'avais le choix entre une autre compagnie. J'ai tout simplement aimé faire affaire avec eux.
I did business with this company for a heat pump. They took the time to answer my many questions. They know what they're doing and take the time to explain how they're going to do it. Very thorough and patient. I recommend, I would pay more even if I had the choice between another company. I just enjoyed doing business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai fais installer une thermopompe au mois d’août 2020. On m’a vendu un modèle plus dispendieux en me disant que j’aurais droit à un crédit d’impôt via mon rapport d’impôt. Je n’avais aucune connaissance de ce programme. Avec ce crédit le modèle que j’ai acheté me revenait moins cher j’ai donc accepté. Les rapports d’impôts ont fait ça en mars. Le 15 mars en faisant mon rapport d’impôt je ne vois pas à quel endroit je peux avoir mon crédit. Je communique avec l’entrepreneur et c’est seulement à ce moment là qu’on m’envoie le lien et les infos pour faire ma demande via chauffez vert. J’aurais pu l’avoir avant …. Si l’entrepreneur ne me donne pas les bonnes infos comment moi je peux savoir alors que ce n’est pas moi la spécialiste dans le domaine…. Dès le lendemain, le 16 mars, j’ai fait ma demande et celle ci vient d’être refuser car j’ai l’ai adressé en dépassant les délais de 6 mois ! Donc l’entrepreneur s’est fait de l’argent sur mon dos et je n’ai pas droit à ma subvention! Cela fait plus d’une semaine que j’ai communiqué avec lui pour lui expliquer ma situation et je n’ai aucun retour de sa part. De plus, lorsque je téléphone au programme chauffez vert on me dit que cette entreprise est connu pour ce même genre d’insatisfactions et il me recommande de faire une plainte à la protection du consommateur, mais cela ne me rendra pas le 1650$ perdu.
I had a heat pump installed in August 2020. I was sold a more expensive model, telling me that I would be entitled to a tax credit through my tax return. I had no knowledge of this program. With this credit the model I bought cost me less so I accepted. The tax reports did this in March. On March 15th, while doing my tax return, I don't see where I can get my credit. I communicate with the contractor and it is only then that I am sent the link and the information to make my request via chauffez vert. I could have had it before…. If the entrepreneur doesn't give me the right information, how can I know when I'm not the specialist in the field…. The next day, March 16, I made my request and it was just refused because I sent it exceeding the deadline of 6 months! So the entrepreneur made money off my back and I'm not entitled to my grant! It has been over a week since I contacted him to explain my situation and I have had no feedback from him. Also, when I phone the chauffez vert program I am told that this company is known for this same kind of dissatisfaction and it recommends that I file a consumer protection complaint, but that will not give me back the $ 1,650 lost.
