Today was our last visit and we are truly sad and will miss this amazing doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female paediatrician hurt my baby boy when she checked his ear for ear infection and caused his ear bleeding. They don't know how to deal with babies. I hope my baby boy ear is not damaged. Now need to go see our family doctor to check his out. I will not recommend this to anyone with babies to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why is the reciptionist always in a bad mood.. Rudest professional I have ever come across without any reason. Please either change the madam handling phone calls (Ms receptionist) or please put in her head to have basic manners.

My wife took my one year baby for his vaccine and the dr. Was very rude and he was handling my baby very badly and didn’t even answer any question we had and told my wife that they are very busy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office secretary is super rude , and literally not ready to listen to the any one over the phone. We understand that she could be busy but she dont have the right to be rude with customer.
She needs to learn the basics of communication, being on the customer service level , you dont have the right to be rude.
If i can give 0 rating . i ll be happy

I have a 9 months old boy. I tried three different paediatricians. They were rude, didn’t want to answer my questions, receptionists were extremely rude but!! Dr. Govan is always kind and listening my ask all the time. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Especially my baby boy loves him.
The receptionist is always kind and whenever I ask something-like getting same prescription- she doesn’t miss it and reminds the doctor.
The only thing is that I can’t bring the stroller inside. There’s not much space so I have to leave the stroller in the hallway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Pediatrician we've had for 17 years now for my 2 daughters. Since our first meeting we've only had the best patient-doctor and staff experience. Every info we need to know about our kids medical needs was given to us in a very timely, detailed, and professional manner. We didn't have to guess. Also, Dr. Govan and his staff are very welcoming, respectful and caring that we enjoy every visit.
