★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont trust this travel agency. it was 2018 when an agent of Jireh Travel solutions phoned me and offering a low price ticket her name is Joy. She quoted me a discounted ticket price of CAD$410 instead of $1,598.48. But i should pay a membership fee of $250. And when i paid all of this, they didnt send me a receipt and when i checked my credit card they charged me CAD$1,598.48 instead of CAD$410. and they also charged me CAD$300 plus, not knowing that it was a US$250 and not a CAD$. I asked for a refund for the ticket and the membership fee because i was very disappointed with their service and untrustworthy. Unfortunately, they just refunded the ticket and not the membership fee. After a couple of months someone used my credit card from US and charged me for the amount of one thousand plus for an airline ticket which i didnt purchase. And i found out that the (JOY )agent's email address was used on that transaction. So they used my Credit card information to process a purchase for other customer. I already made a police report about this situation. Im just surprise that they are still operating. Plus its hard to contact them.
