1. Wonderful services with convenient online schedule and text systems;
2. Professional, honest, and amicable staff; and
3. Transparent quote and pricing:
My final paid cost for the requested service was less than half the initial quote price as the staff pinpointed the problem sharply.
Surely, I would recommend this Okokoks OK Tire to my acquaintances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always use OK Tire for my car repairs and I buy all my tires from them.
I can take my Volkswagen there and they have the tools and the knowledge to do the repairs.
The staff booking in my car also very friendly and helpful. He/she were able to give me the information to decide what repairs need to be done and what repairs that could wait.
I appreciated knowing what is coming in the future for car repairs, and they appreciate customers that take preventative maintenance seriously.
Shane gives it to you straight exactly what to look forward to for my next visit, and is also pretty good at estimating what it’s going to cost.
I’ve also got good deals on tires there, and I’ve never had any issues from the mounting/balancing.
I dive my car 3000km/month so I need to know I can trust it, and they help give me that faith by telling me straight what she needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trust the work of OK Tire in Okotoks....I've been going there for oil changes and tires for the past several years. This time I had a tune-up, rad flush, oil change, drive belt change and tire rotation. Work was done in a timely manner. The only complaint would be when we arrived at about 7:45am to drop the car off; I was not greeted in a friendly way. I said "good morning" but only heard back a few moments later...."what can I do for you?" The vibe was not good or friendly. We're all human and a simple good morning, smile or friendly gesture would be nice. Anyway, as long as the repairs are good, I guess that's all that matters at the end of the day?

Shane personally came to our house to review the problem with our car with in minutes of our call.
Charged the battery and took it to the shop for repair.
Got the car back in 2 hours.
Who does that these days.
I recommend OK tire and trust the honesty and professionalism of Shane and his staff

The prices for service here are very competitive, they may even be setting the bar to be the best priced. They were also very fast having my SUV in and out in 1.5 hours with all new tires mounted, balanced as well as an alignment. Thanks guys!

Plus he gives us great advice when questioning him about future service recommendations. Shane has been servicing our vehicles & my daughter’s vehicles for many years and he has a great working knowledge of their characteristics, how we drive them & what’s required to keep us motoring safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called to book the appointment, Jesse was extremely helpful in guiding me on getting new tires for my truck. He had 3 quotes sent off to me within 30 minutes and within the hour I was fully booked for the following week.
When I dropped off the vehicle the service team at the front was incredibly friendly even though it was early morning and the weather was garbage. At pick up I was greeted with the same friendly service. The process was seamless. We will absolutely tell our friends and work with them again.
