β β β β β The massage itself was good. Very good. That's why they get two stars. How I was charged afterwards was definitely not. I went into the office and presented my insurance and debit card. I was then told she can't help me and I have to pay $70. She said if I showed her the card before, I would've been charged $85 but could use my insurance. I asked her why this was the case and wasn't given a clear answer. There was a minor language barrier but that's no excuse for how this played out. I definitely feel like I was screwed. If you're reading this and think it doesn't make sense, that's good because I feel the same way.
Long story short, got ripped off because I didn't present my insurance card "early enough." But even if I had, I would've been charged more because I have massage therapy in my insurance plan.
