As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions, but after the very first meeting with Jim, he had most of them answered before I could even ask them. Not only did Jim take the time to answer my questions, but he made sure to ask me a lot of questions to make sure he understood exactly what I was after. He took the time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with everything I needed and even took the time to teach me things about real estate that I would have never thought of.

It has been 3 years since Jim helped me purchase my condo, and he has now successfully helped me sell it. Jim's utilization of modern marketing on Facebook & Instagam was a great benefit to sale of my condo. Jim was always available for any questions that I had and always kept me updated on any new developments. We met in person and got things going right away. The house was on the market for just over a month and it was sold. Really appreciate the hard work and dedication from Jim. From our first contact with Jim, we felt at ease with him. His plain spoken style, along with his extensive knowledge of the Red Deer market and current market trends, helped us make our decision on our purchase.
When it came to selling our home, unlike with realtors we have used in the past, we were given a very thorough step by step explanation as to what Jim would be doing for us. We found Jim to be very knowledgeable about the housing market, and his assessment of properties we were interested in was very thorough. From the initial offer, to the home inspection, and eventual possession of the house, Jim was always easy to get a hold of an quick to answer any questions we had. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate but also all the ins and outs of buying and selling. He took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve in buying a new home and helped guide me to the right place. He has always been very patient and honest with me, which I value very much. And his vast knowledge goes beyond just the obvious and he has helped in so many other ways, including linking me to resources for renovations needed, inspectors, etc. He is also very good at staying in touch and checking in, just in case you have questions and always takes the time to answer your questions. And comes up with some I had never thought of. I trust Jim completely and would recommend him highly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just purchased our first house and after reading through some reviews, we decided to go with Jim.
We could not have ended up with a better realtor and I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He guided us through every step of the offer and kept us up to date with everything that was going on throughout the purchasing process. He really went above and beyond and even caught multiple mistakes made by the sellers realtor.
This deal threw everything at us including the kitchen sink and Jim was able to navigate multiple hold ups to get the deal done on our original closing date. I don't think there are many realtors out there that offer this level of service, professionalism, and kindness at every turn. He truly has an incredible sense of humor and made even the worst parts of the process seem fun and effortless.
As long as I live in Red Deer, I will always use Jim for future purchases and will recommend him to everyone I know without a second thought. I cannot thank Jim enough for making our dream home a reality and without him, I don't think this deal would have went through. Keep up the outstanding work,
as you are truly a step above all the rest.
