This was my first time as the home buyer of record. Jay walked me through the entire process, providing clear and concise instructions. When looking for a house, it's one of the biggest financial decisions a person or couple can make. When working with Jay he was able to find a home that feels like home. Not just something we will learn to like but something we will love. Unfortunately a house we found that we had fell in love with sold, so now the task began to find a specific home that would suit our needs and taste. Every week we would get updates of what is coming on the market, and he would also randomly check in to see how we are doing and how the sale of our home was going. He would go out of his way and help with the sale of our house, give pointers, and overall just a great support. Finally a house we had seen come on the market and then go, had come back on the market and Jay was contacting us as soon as it came on and got our foot in the door. He answered any questions we had, and was just open an honest of what he liked and didn't like. One thing you will find with Jay is that he's not just looking to sell a home, he is also looking out for the best interest of a buyer. Which in this market right now, I feel people could be taken advantage of. But with Jay he is an open door. He points out the good and the bad. To allow a buyer to come up with their own conclusions and not sway towards something they don't want. Long story short.
