Last time a filter needed to be changed and they didn't have any in stock so they had someone run down the street and buy one so I didn't need to come back! Great customer service! A very friendly girl works on my vehicle and she doesn't speak to me condescendingly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prompt service. Friendly guys. They try to up-sell quite a bit even when going in for a simple oil change but that's their job and all places are like that.
Pretty cheap for convenience. You're looking at about $80 - $100 for oil change. If you're a student let them know cuz you get 10% discount!

They over filled my oil and they checked off that my transmission fluid was fine. 2 weeks later my engine is vibrating and I bring it in to the dealership and both my transmission and drive line fluid was black!
$365 fix for my car due to such negligence.
Keep in mind, I had this car for 3 months and I trusted that I would be taken care of at Jiffy.
Do not give them your business.
