L	L C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for an oil change on a sunday and they flushed out my engine because I'm terrible at taking care of my car, they also cleaned all my windows, put the proper amount of air in all 4 tires for me and topped up all the fluids needed. They were super professional, fast, not at all pushy with optional add ons but will explain the benefits/reasons for each offer ie, engine flush, tire pressure, lights etc. I drive a Volkswagon which is all synthetic so it is on the higher end of the pricing scale but all in it cost me $180 with tax and took 1/2hr, super super thrilled with the service I received and my car sounded better/drove better immediatly!

d	dslik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took two vehicles here in the same day to get my winters off and summers on (all sets pre-installed on rims). The first vehicle was relatively quick and very friendly service, the second one I waited a very unexpected 3 hours behind someone who needed a fair amount of extra work on their vehicle. They had one bay of three dedicated to tire changes which meant that if there was someone who needed extra time in the tire changing bay, everyone else would simply have to wait regardless of whether or not other bays were available. I’m not sure if this is something that could be adjusted to optimize unused bays but I would recommend looking at that alternative. Whenever it was possible, I would have appreciated being made aware of the possibility of a longer wait since I had a fair amount of work to still complete and I could have planned accordingly. After approximately 2.5 hours I was apologized to and not much longer after that I was told my tire change would be free. I don’t think the work could have gone faster but better passage of information would be my recommendation. The complimentary tire change was a sign of considerate customer service after the fact and coupled with the fast and effective tire changes I think 3.5 stars is earned.

Mason was the gentleman looking after me, he was very curtious and professional. Everything was explained and was even given my veterans discount without having to ask, it's the small things that make you appreciate and want to go back.
