The service here is so great. I've had an oil change done and the staff were thorough and friendly. I recently waited more than 30 minutes for a car wash bay I approached the staff and they put me through the automatic bay free of charge.

Have been going to jiffy lube ever since it opened in the North. Up until today I was very satisfied with the service however today was disappointing. I know the underneath of my vehicle was very dirty and advised the techs when I entered. A few minutes later they said they would not be able to complete an oil change due to the dirt build up, I asked if they could point me in the direction of somewhere to get the necessary cleaning done. While speaking with the guy I felt the truck jar and then told that they had removed the skid plat from the bottom of the truck but would not be able to reinstall it. So now that's left to me, my question why remove if if you know you can't put it back on. The guy said he told me that at the beginning and I told him that was why I was going to get it cleaned first. The is damage to one corner of the skid plate where it was pulled off from the bracket. Not really happy with today's visit.

The self pay pedestals for the two automatic car washes no longer taking payments. You now need to go inside to pay and get a code. Also the second auto wash bay was out of order. Other then that, car wash works really well.

Not very good service the one by Walmart is better didn't ask to fill my fluids and read that some were low not good luckily It was good enough to go to a garage. Would give them a negative if possible.

We like coming here. Always friendly, always did great job quickly When they didnt have the oil I wanted they upgraded at no extra charge and gave me free car wash. Another time, we were just lucky and got free car wash due to a promotion. The car wash was great too.

I went in for an oil change at the south location they asked me if I wanted my in cab air filter changed. I said sure. it took three people almost 40 minutes to change my in cab air filter. I asked what is the problem. the response i got was that they dont have the proper tool I asked why they said it cost 150 dollars. i responded why offer the service if you dont have the right tool. by the time they got it in it had been taken in and out over a dozen times before they were finished. i just hope it wasnt wrecked during the process. then when they opened the bay door for me to leave when exiting i heard something dragging and it was my skid plate. they forgot to put it back on properly, it was damaged. they offered me a car wash for my troubles. i called the head office and all they did was get the location to call me asking how to rectify the situation. it was not until the day after that I realized my skid plate was damaged enough that it required replacing. When i got a call from the north location in town asking me to let them replace the skid plate as it would be cheaper than the ford dealership doing it I went to the other location and they put it on and asked me to sign some paper offering me 25% off my next service and a free gold car wash at their location. I said I am not signing this and that I would not be comfortable having my vehicle service here again. the worker then said he was calling his manager and while waiting I could not leave my vehicle and the door was kept closed. when the manager arrived he asked what the problem was and I stated that i am not signing this paper. he said i was being confrontational which is not true and anybody who knows me will attest that I am anything but contfrontational. he then instructed his employee to record what was left of our interaction in which I stated that I would not use their service anymore and would recommend to all the people I know including the place I work at to seek better service elsewhere as I have spoken to over 20 people over the course of the last 2 days and nearly half have had similar or worse experience from the same company. I felt bullied with the way I was approached by the manager and have already convinced more than 50 people to not use them ever again. I never thought I would have to write a review like this but for anyone who knows me I am honest, honorable and fair but if i can stop others from having a similar experience that is my main goal.

Better off at the dealership. Why would you let inexperienced people touch your vehicle? They'll find ways to over charge you.

Stopped by jiffy lube for the first time. They do the best work at the best price and the staff is excellent. Keep up the great work. I will be stopping by again someday ? ?
