M	Mary Gold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced for subpar quality. I came here to get my watch fixed because I had asked the gentleman how much it would cost to repair a broken crown. At that time he told me it would cost 20-30 dollars. This was low compared to the other watch repair shops within the area. However, upon bringing the watch in, a woman had told me it would cost $50 because they had to "send it out" as they don't have the parts themselves. I wasn't too happy with this but I wanted to get it out of the way so I accepted. I was told the watch would be ready as early as 2 weeks and received a call that it was ready just about said time. When I came to pick it up it was working just fine, however, I was a little puzzled that they decided to use a marked crown with a V symbol of some sort and was silver. Not very pleased with this because it does not go with the watch at all as it is black and gold. I hadn't planned on keeping the watch for myself but now it is less likely to resell. In addition to the above, I had also brought another watch that simply needed a new battery. From my experience, decent batteries can last for over a year. After less than 3 months, the battery they provided had completely died on me. This is not acceptable, especially considering I had paid $10 dollars for a battery replacement - which is typically $5 at other places. In summary, the customer service was just okay and the quality of repair services is unacceptable according to my standards. I'm a friendly and fair patron but now I know not to trust or go to this place for future business.

A	Amin Dadsepah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM, BE AWARE! We replaced the batteries for two of our watches. The guy(older Chinese guy with a tie) forgot to put two screws back in place. The back door of one of the watches is half open! He was about to close his store and rushed to give us back the watches. He gave no receipts. We didn't notice it till later when we got home. Went back and he said he hasn't changed the batteries of the watches and he doesn't even remember working on those watches! He asked for $15 to put the screws back, something he messed up in the first place. STAY AWAY!
