★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was turned onto Jennifermichaudandassociates_ Instagram page by one of my best friends. I’ve gone through a lot with my health due to stress and anxiety. I’ve tried different doctors and medications and just feel at home with the more holistic approach. It’s been far more beneficial to me to be able to turn to not just a counselor/therapist, but a life coach. The page alone has made me feel much more gratitude for all the positives in my life and to refocus to the bigger picture. To not stress so much over the small things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across "The Wellness Dialogues" on Instagram & the information Jessie shares really resinates with me. I've had 6 sessions with Jessie and she's such a great Therapist - I never feel judged & she truly listens to my fears/anxieties. I've done a few sessions online but I found the Clinic follows strict Covid protocols - which is important to me. I would 100% recommend Jessie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jennifer had an impressive way of encouraging me to unearth some challenging emotions I would have otherwise kept buried. She made me feel safe, did not push me to confront my past however once I took on that challenge it made me realize quite a few experiences that were hindering my ability to be the person I want my friend and family to see all the time.

Nothing could be further from the truth, especially when you find a therapist like Jennifer who is compassionate, empathetic, respectful , and highly educated in her field . She provides a safe place for her clients where they feel comfortable in getting to the root of their issues and being able to move forward in their lives.

I came across Jennifer googling local counsellor's & decided to reach out to her about working with her because I knew it could only help.... So far I have only been once & I am happy I went ... I walked out of her office feeling a little lighter than I was when I went in. Jennifer is so kind, caring, compassionate & completely down to earth... Talking to her was super easy, I never once felt judged & felt like I was talking to a good friend... She made me feel 100% safe & comfortable. I can see why she decided to become a counsellor because she is amazing. I can't wait to work with her more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw Jennifer (only once unfortunately as I moved out of town) after having a very traumatic birth and previous anxiety/stress issues. She was so calm and knowledgeable. She made it so easy to talk with her. You don't feel like she is judging you or not listening which I have found in the past with others. I would 100% recommended her to someone going through a hard time or just to talk. Thanks Jennifer ❤️
