He was able to take all our thoughts and make a rendering of exactly what we wanted, and took the time to answer all my emails and phone calls before we made our final decision. His patience and professionalism is what made us choose Jeffs Outdoor after meeting with numerous others.
Jake, Austin & Simon completed our total backyard reno which included some hardscaping, gardening and sod installation. They were extremely careful and meticulous throughout the entire process, ensuring nothing was missed and it was done to perfection. The final results speak to their skills and dedication to ensuring perfect work. They were not only super friendly (my dog already misses them), but after a long days work, Jake always made time to explain the process and field any questions we had.
We are so happy with the final outcome and would absolutely recommend and hire them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had Jeff’s Outdoor do some fall landscaping at our house. They sent two excellent employees-Taylor and Candice-to do the work. They were hard-working and diligent individuals who trimmed the bushes and prepared the gardens for winter. I would highly recommend these two for any outdoor work that you would require!

They did such an amazing job. Both our consultant and the landscape team were wonderful to work with. I have already referred them to an employee and am looking forward to sharing the photos. Plus we will be working with them more next year on a backyard transformation. Thanks so much for the great work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time we have used Jeff's. First time was to rip out an existing 'no maintenance' front yard (that we inherited from our houses previous owner) and replace with sod. The guys did a great job and the new front lawn and garden tidy-up looks great! No more bushy overgrowth!! Yay ! We just recently had them back to rip out a bunch of raspberry bush and shrub overgrown in our backyard. They planed the area for seed afterwards and helped us gain back significant useful space in our backyard! Super happy. The crew both times were efficient and friendly and did their utmost to be leave things tippity-top upon completion. Would recommend for sure! (pictures of the front included are a year old...looks even better now with garden blooming!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff's manages our grass and snow removal, in the past they have been alright at best with their timeliness, however in this past snow storm they had their team come in and remove the snow. They removed snow for most of our neighbours but pushed a pile in front of our house and cars. Myself and my wife were unable to attend work as I am injured and cannot shovel my way out and our elderly neighbours are also plowed in. We were told this would be taken care of by morning however it has been 30 hours since the snowfall and no change. They do not answer their phones and only respond to emails that they feel are important and in doing so do not include who their email is from so you cannot contact them or make any formal complaints.
