★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love these falls. Right now they're very calm, due to the drought in this region. During the spring run off they're super intense and you can't get close. In the winter they form magnificent fantasy ice formations. Easy hike and totally magnificent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in early October, crossed the river via ferry, quiet road down to the point where GPS shows the trail should start but there is absolutely no trail, no board or sign marking where the trail begins, no place to park, no place to ask anyone. Avoid !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and easy hike with beautiful waterfall at the end of the trail. Did this hike with two young kids 5 and 7 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy hike for families even for small children. Clear path to follow. The waterfall is very full this time of the year. It was not busy when we went and every part of the hike was memorable for the whole family. I recommend packing a picnic lunch to eat at the falls or under a grove of cedars.
