We relocated to the Comox Valley from White Rock this past fall, and with the help of Jeff, it was a smooth and welcoming transition. He was so quick to reply to all my emails and messages, and went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. We had a small issue with the sellers after our move in date, and Jeff arranged and fixed the problem for us, always checking in to make sure things were going well. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone near or far looking for a new home in the area! Nothing but great things to say about him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it came time to sell an income property, it was a recommendation from a friend that brought us to Jeff. Having had some less-than-stellar experiences with other Realtors, we weren't expecting much. Jeff, however, shattered our preconceived notions. He worked with us like a partner in the process of selling, rather than simply as an intermediary in the process. Jeff actively worked to 'sell' our house; he wasn't content to sit back and wait for someone to come 'buy' it. (We actually had another realtor make a comment to the effect of "I don't sell houses, people come buy them and I facilitate the process"). The next time we buy or sell, Jeff is 100% our first choice for a realtor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend him to anyone trying to sell a property! He has a very personable nature and is an amazing listener. He also was great at thinking on his feet, so I didn't have to answer the myriad of repeat questions that come about a rural property... I don't think he ever asked the same thing more than once. He was helpful, patient and kind in talking us through several offers, and was willing to wait for the right offer. He also dealt with plenty of confused and tearful conversations about selling our home and family farm with grace and no judgement. He's a keeper!

For the sale of my house He was very honest and offered great advice to optimize the selling of the home.
When helping me purchase my new home, he was very intuitive and presented me with housing options that were aligned with my taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeff sold my parents’ home this past February. He was so easy to work with as my sister and I live in different cities and the listing agreement, house appraisal, viewings, signing of offer and sale all had to be coordinated online. Jeff was very professional throughout the whole process. We even had 3 way conference calls.
The deciding factor in hiring Jeff was his practice of giving back a portion of his commission to a local charity of our choice. Kudos to you Jeff!! I would not hesitate to hire Jeff again for any future real estate needs I might have.
