★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used JDR (Daryl Riva) investigation service for an upcoming court case. It was a very important time sensitive matter. I pre paid for 10 hours of service. I was extremely disappointed with the service. I had to constantly ask for updates, initiate all communication. There was no communication unless initiated by me. I was promised information, even given time frames on when it would arrive. This dragged on right up til the court date, and than the tune changed, and I received nothing. The few bits of information I received were either public knowledge, or common sense. I was even told on multiple occasions leading up to the trial, that Daryl would be in contact directly with my lawyer. That never happened. I eventually asked for a detailed copy of my invoice, the record of the 10hrs, and how my money was spent, not only did I never receive that, I never heard from Daryl again. He may be a great process server, but highly recommend staying away from his investigation service.
