Very accommodating for discussions and appointments, which made the process incredibly easy and convenient for us. Celia is flexible, attentive to detail and very professional. Costs for JDC's services are some of the most competitive on the market too. Highly recommended with no reservations. They also have adequate processes and IT in place to help virtually (during the COVID lockdowns) so some processes actually go much faster than before!

We have worked with several other real estate legal offices in the past, but none can compare to JDC. They were very honest with the legal fees upfront, very competitive pricing, response times to our emails were amazing, and Jen was very detailed at explaining all the legal contracts when we met in person. β β β β β I have worked with many lawyer in the past. This is by far THE BEST lawyer I have ever encountered. Jen and her team (Vivian) handled my purchase professionally and keep me well informed. The purchase runs into a little bit issue w/ the seller, Jen is very very helpful, willing to coordinate w/ seller lawyer seeking resolution. They are very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

β β β β β I am a realtor, and I've had the pleasure to work with Jen, and I am extremely glad to have done so. The funny part is that I first got to know her, because at the time, she was representing the buyer on a listing I had. Honestly, at the time, it was a pain in the butt for me, but then again, I then saw how thorough and caring she was for her clients; she had made an impression on me, as such qualities are very hard to come by these days.
So some time had passed by, and I had contacted Jen on a new deal for a client of mine (this time I wanted her to represent our side), where I had asked her to do a review on a new condo purchase agreement. I then realized that we had made the right choice of going to her, because she really went above and beyond with not just patiently and thoroughly explaining our clients the main points on the Agreement, but also advising us and making suggestions we could bring forward to the builer, which otherwise we would not have thought of doing.
I am truly impressed with Jen's professionalism and diligent and caring work she shows towards her clients. I cannot recommend her law firm's services highly enough, as I will continue to look forward to working with her going forward. It's truly been a blessing to work with Jen!
