She met us according to our schedule, even on a weekend so that we could put an offer in as soon as possible. She constantly kept us informed on the status of our application and gave us great advice when she presented us with options. She is funny and laid back but she knows her business inside and out. I can think of absolutely no reason not to use a mortgage broker when purchasing your home, particularly if you have the chance to work with someone as wonderful as Jayne. She responded promptly and made the whole process a breeze. She locked in a great rate for my family once she pre-approved us. The Bank of Canada ended up raising the prime rate while we were still house shopping but our interest rate was unaffected - something we wouldn't have gotten from a bank directly. She secured a mortgage with an incredible interest rate. Jayne ensured that all our special conditions and needs were addressed in the final mortgage contract before signing off. Jayne took care of all the required paperwork, liaised with the lawyer, banker and both realtors. She would review and explain any documents with us and answer all questions. On work days, weekends or holidays, Jane always responded to our texts and/or emails within hours. She never has a day off. Our purchase and subsequent move was time sensitive, Jayne was able to work with the bank to arrange an early financial contract which allowed us a procession date two weeks earlier, than even we had expected. We will absolutely call on Jayne again if we decide to move in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.
