Suggestion to Jays: Either increase your front desk staff or close the business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Aman to book a flight, she took my details and said she’d get back to me on flight deals asap. I called her back after waiting for an hour. When she received the call she seemed very upset and informed me that it was gonna take longer than expected.
However, it’s been 4 days now and I’m still waiting for a call back.
Very unprofessional, very incompetent, irresponsible, and shows poor management, poor communication. Lack of commitment. I would rate negative if possible.
