★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service from the older gentleman that works there, he was rude, very unhelpful and sarcastic. I was able to receive proper service three doors down at Shoppers Drug Mart that was fast and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the pharmacy because I was having a reaction to a certain Medicine. Talked to a pharmacist...was told that was a very rare reaction and to keep taking it. Talked to my dr and he told me that was a serious reaction..stop taking immediately. Never will I ask for their help again!

I verified by CALLING.
You have a 3 month period before you get your card.
This place was rude, had no clue and instead of telling me to go to another walk-in they told me to go to the emergency.
Get a grip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service I receive from Jansen's Pharmacy in Westfort is absolutely outstanding. I switched all of my prescriptions from a big box Pharmacy to Jansen's. They made the transition very easy. The service is very personalized. I am always greeted by name when I walk in the door. Rob, the Pharmacist, is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This is the type of service you will not get from a big box pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say that I wasn't home 3 Times, because your delivery driver was too lazy to wait for a pregnant woman to waddle down the stairs is not okay. For Cathy to hang up on me, because I'm trying to get my medication is not ok.
