★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was harassed by the Asian male owner the last two times that I was there. The first time, I thought that he might be in a bad mood. The second time proved otherwise. I have not been back since.
He accused me of overloading the machine, which I did not do. He wanted me to use more machines and spend more money. The second last time that I was there, I took note of how he interacted with other customers. A Black lady came in and stuffed one of the machines to the brim; then, two Muslim women came in and stuffed two machines ~ he said NOTHING to these customers. At that point, it was clear to me: the man does not want White people using his facility. Not a problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine if you're just washing clothes for yourself but be careful as the front loading "double" and "triple" load machines are deceptively small and the "maximum load" markers are really low. You won't get even a full load of laundry in one. On top of that the attendant is always arguing with people over which machines they're using, how much they are filling the machines, and money. Some people here have suggested that they don't like white people but I've seen and heard them do it with black and brown customers also. Just now the elderly attendant argued with me in circles when the machine took my change and would not reimburse me, and when I asked why he couldn't give me my money back he just said "I don't know". As if!! Not coming here again, doing laundry is expensive enough without the machines slurping up all of my change
