My schedule and lifestyle made house-hunting difficult at times, but James routinely carved out time for me on short notice in a hot market to ensure that I saw a variety of properties. Once in a house, it was apparent that he understood how to assess good value for a dollar, as well as how to avoid future headaches. It was a long process, but in the end, I was able to purchase an excellent house within my budget. I never felt pushed into bidding on a home, despite turning down some good options; he was dedicated to finding the right property for me. I would recommend James to another friend.
