It was a short-deadline, no-fail move and not really a buyer's market.... but Jake, Anne, Glenn & the rest of the team rallied to make sure we found exactly the house we wanted in exactly the Strathcona Park neighbourhood in we wanted, in our tight timeframe. Beyond the normal services you would expect from a realtor, Jake is an ex-contractor and can size up a house and talk about renovations like a pro. I highly recommend the team!

I had not dealt with real estate in 15 years and Jake was able to guide me and bring me up to date on the process. We were very picky and they were patient the whole way through. What we appreciated most was their property knowledge, care and attention to functionality for what we wanted in a home, and their hands on approach (checking out attics, helping move furniture and items out, even entertaining our daughter so we could get a good look at the property).
