My Experience with Jag Sidhu The Sutton Realty is extremely rewarding and satisfying. Our condo was listed for 78 days from another realtor. We were desperate to move back to Kelowna. Our four years living in Abbotsford we felt very isolated. Main reason for the move from Kelowna to Abbotsford was health issue. Our children requested us to move closer to them. One lives in Surrey and the other one in Langley. Cost of homes were unreachable for us to live where our children reside. Due to Covid 19 Pandemic feeling more isolated. More especially the stay at home. After our listing expired from another realtor, we decided to go back to Kelowna once more. We found a condo we like. We made an offer subject to sale of our home. We contacted Jag Sidhu and told him that our listing has expired. We found a condo we like in Kelowna. We told him that we live in Regency Park on Gladwin and you can see our listing on MLS. Tell us the chance and how soon you can sell our condo. He said I can assure you I can sell within 5 to 7 days. OK. We are going home to Abbotsford on Tuesday August 17th. Can you come to our place on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Yes, I will see you on Tuesday. He telephoned us on Wednesday morning if he can come at 1:00p.m. We said fine. He was on scheduled time. We conversed with each other for few minutes and he asked few direct questions.He understood where we are coming from. Jag gave us a very good overview of how he does his profession. Also, how he connect with his company. The overview of how he deals with clients, advertising and different ways of communicating with his listing or purchaser clients. He was very easy to understand, simple language and helpful. I felt very confident that he could sell our condo at no time. One big point or part of my complete confidence is in few words below. He is a very good listener, he is detailed and has a well planned strategic approach, advertising technique, and left us a portfolio of the company. From the time it was listed he did follow ups, when other realtors brought a client to show our home , and when a contract offer came and our counter offer he was not wasting time to make sure it was delivered on time and in the seller interest. Since the contract of sale has been completed, all subjects to conditions were lifted - all documents were forwarded to my lawyer. It was very thorough and all documents were complete. In summary Jag Sidhu is a Top Notch Realtor. He possess the Four "C"s meaning, Clear, Concise, Concrete and Complete. He is well dressed according to his profession. I will recommend this Realtor to anybody that may be looking to buy or list their property. IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE TO DEAL WITH HIM. HE GOT MORE THAN THE LISTING PRICE.
