★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kristina Eng is the hardest working realtor I've ever met....our place was ready to go but she made it better still. Serena her stager and Kristina were all hands on deck for cleaning, staging and helping with every little detail. The wonderful photo, video and marketing package got us going with a surge of interest right from the start. Inside of 2 weeks we had multiple offers and she showed up for every showing to point out what we had to offer!!...Negotiations were nerve wracking but she never flinched, I told her she was Samurai steel wrapped in Cashmere. Many times I wanted to give in but she held firm and every single piece of advice she gave us turned out to be exactly right....She is a great person and an even greater realtor we couldn't have asked for more.....Thank you Kristina from the bottom of our hearts you made our future plans a reality and did it in record time!!! So much for a flat market....xoxo

I feel I got the absolute best financial result because of her. I'm in Alberta and my condo was in BC. I called her on a Wednesday afternoon and she jumped into action. She had it up & listed by Thursday. Open Houses started that weekend. My Condo was sold with a healthy solid offer by Tuesday. She worked cooperatively with my tenant, my Strata company, my lawyer and handled everything. Any questions I had were responded to almost instantly. I never stressed for a minute.
