The staff at Jade were incredible to deal with and the craftsmanship is unmatched. We knew nothing about building or designing and were so impressed with the customer service. They had an incredible sense of what we were looking for (long before we even knew what we were looking for). Lauren was so patient throughout the process. She even had a file about our style and preferences from a meeting over a year before we even signed with them. It was a lot of decisions to make, but our home came together beautifully with their guidance. They truly know how to create a beautiful home! Jade Homes was honest and open throughout the whole process. We've talked to lots of friends who have opted to build their home on-site instead of get an RTM and we feel so fortunate because there were no surprises along the way. Our home is so beautiful and the quality of work in phenomenal. We've had contractor friends come through our home and be so impressed with the the craftsmanship in the cabinetry, in the woodwork, and with the fact that we had hardly any damage when it was moved. We knew that wouldn't be the case with any other company! Jade is the best for a reason and we couldn't be happier with our decision.

From initial meetings and planning remotely, Jade homes and their associates made the process as seamless as possible. Jade Homes staff assisted us all the way from blueprints to design choices. Any questions or concerns we had throughout the build were answered immediately. They sent updates and pictures each week while building was taking place. A ready to move home seems like a scary undertaking but Jade was exceptional at helping us understand the moving process. Any deficiencies after the move were quickly taken care of. When we were initially planning and looking into purchasing a Ready to move home, we had a few options we were looking at, but nothing came close to Jade Homes. We are so happy we decided to go with Jade, and love our new home.
