★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with Keith. Highly recommend avoiding at all costs. Big let down at crunch time as Keith was highly offended and enraged that we ended up even talking to a bank who offered a better deal. Totally unnecessary during a stressful time for first time home buyers. Bank that we dealt with was a lot more professional , communicative, patient, respectful and timely.
