★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a JLS700, have had it for at least ten years....recently I contacted Jesse at Jackson grills and got a great deal on replacement cooking grids and diffusers. Also some really great advice. It is nice to know I have a place to get this grill kept running well.

I've been a fan of Jackson Grills barbeque since they started in Duncan B.C. The quality of the workmanship of the grill and the warranty is absolutely amazing. Having said that, there are a lot of excellent BBQ's out there, but what really separates the men from the boys is the customer service. I bought a Jackson grill about 10 years ago, and decided to convert it from propane to natural gas. I reached out to Jessie at their Abbotsford center and he went above and beyond in helping me with the conversion. I also bought parts and was surprised that some were still on warranty after that length of time. Thank you Jessie and the whole team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Grill is 12 years old.. I need to replace the infuser that covers the burner. I called Jackson grill today.. they still have the parts. Not only do they have the parts they are still under warranty. I can purchase the parts at 50 percent off. Truly amazing.. the gentleman on the phone...yes a real live person ..extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Jackson Grill...Forget Napoleon.. Jackson Grills has them beat.

It finally came time to replace the burners, and the support team was excellent and despite its age, we still qualified for 50% off parts. No questions asked, no hoops, just great service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Lux700 Stainless steel built-in grill from Jackson Grills in 2015. Last year I decided a need a few updated parts, the burners and diffuseness and few other parts were in need of replacement. I called up and ordered new parts. Last month (March 2022) I decided I need new grates, again ordering new parts. But what I didn't release was that my grill has a lifetime warranty, after a few emails and tracking down my original bill, Jackson Griils replaced everything I needed and took into consideration my mistake of purchasing parts that were under warranty. What an amazing company and a great warranty.
If you are considering getting a grill, look no further that Jackson Grills, not only are the grills well designed and built, but the warranty is great, they stand behind both!! Recommend 100% to anyone looking for a quality gill and a quality company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jackson Grills, in Canada, makes premium all 304 stainless steel grills. I have the two burner JLS-400-LP Lux model and absolutely love it! This grill can get SUPER HOT! It’s now over 10 years old but still works great!
I recently had to call Jackson Grills in Canada to order a replacement electrode for my infrared rotisserie burner. I believe somehow a rodent had managed chewed through mine.
Jesse, from Jackson Grills in Canada, was very friendly and helpful in figuring out the exact part I needed. The part was ordered and arrived quick within just a few days. I was able to install the part myself, which wasn’t too difficult. Now my grill is once again fully functional. I am very happy and ready for Summer!
I believe Jackson Grills are solidly built better than Weber Genesis, but I’m not sure how they compare to Summit. I highly recommend Jackson Grills. They’re great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've loved my Jackson Grill since I bought it here in Victoria a few years ago. Recently I dropped them a note as my burner had rusted though.. Not a huge shock with the moist weather here. Not only did they take care of me (Thanks Jess F!) but I found out it was under warranty. Bonus. Got it to me toot sweet, too. So thank you. My BBQ has been terrific. A real high end product that has made BBQing more enjoyable these past few years. Now, this. Terrific service. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Premier 700 Jackson Grill in 2007. Best appliance purchase ever. This past week I called for a new Grid and on review of the Lifetime Warranty they agreed to sell me the part at 50% of the retail price.
Jesse was super helpful and also sold me on new burners and new diffusers. Great decision. These arrived within a week and now my barbecue is as good as new. I see no reason why it couldn’t work another 10 years.
