★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très très bon service. J'avais besoin en urgence deux toilettes et un ensemble de robinetterie de douche pour être installer le lendemain matin par le plombier. J'ai réservé à la dernière minute et j'ai ramasser super. J'avais un problème avec la robinetterie de bain que j'arrivais pas à régler sans être obligé d'enlever le bain et qu'ils ont trouvé une solution encore merci.

Very very good service. I urgently needed two toilets and a set of shower faucets to be installed the next morning by the plumber. I booked at the last minute and I picked up great. I had a problem with the bath faucet that I could not solve without having to remove the bath and they found a solution again thank you.

Pour ma part, j'ai dû faire moi-même les démarches pour recevoir la pièce défectueuse (robinet qui coule) car les délais avec eux de livraison était de plus de 2 semaines. J'ai reçu la pièce livré à ma porte au même prix en 1 jour! J'ai pris la peine des appeler pour discuter avec eux de la problématique de leur service... on m'a répondu bêtement que c'est mon droit de penser comme cela ! Super service après vente !!!
Very happy for all those who had a good after-sales service. For my part, I had to take the necessary steps myself to receive the defective part (leaking tap) because the delivery times with them were more than 2 weeks. I received the part delivered to my door at the same price in 1 day! I took the trouble to call them to discuss with them the problem of their service ... I was stupidly told that it is my right to think like that! Super after sales service !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je viens d'appeler pour acheter une simple cartouche de remplacement pour un robinet acheté il y a 8-9ans pour lequel je n'avais pas le modèle ni facture en mains. On a réglé mon cas en 3 minutes et m'a dit de passer chercher la pièce d'ici une semaine et ce... sans frais!!! Je me suis rappelé pourquoi j'avais préféré acheter là à l'époque plutôt que dans un magasin grande surface. Vous avez mon respect!
I just called to buy a simple replacement cartridge for a faucet bought 8-9 years ago for which I did not have the model or invoice in hand. They settled my case in 3 minutes and told me to pick up the part within a week and this... free of charge!!! I remembered why I had preferred to buy there at the time rather than in a big box store. You have my respect!

They stand out - not just because of the beautiful products they carry and the excellent service they provide, but because they are responsive to client's actual needs and provide personalized help. Especially Julie, and Gil and Daniel too, worked with me as I tried to figure out the balance of beauty and cost for a whole house package.
At a time when I, probably like most clients who are constructing a new home, was stressed trying to make choices that would work together - feeling a bit crazy myself - they were calm, listened, and took the time to do the research and make the calls that made things happen in time for me to meet construction demands.
