Jeanette Lingley’s journey into massage therapy began after working many years with the elderly, where she came to realize the importance of helping seniors improve their health and general well-being. This insightful experience grew into a desire to provide mental and physical health benefits to a full range of clients.
In 2009, Jeanette enrolled at the Alberta Massage Training School, where she completed a 2200 hour equivalence which is recognized by many Canadian health insurance plans. She graduated in 2011 and started her rewarding career. She is a member in good standing with the National Health Practitioners of Canada for the modality of Registered Massage Therapy. Very knowledgeable about anatomy and muscles, very friendly and professional and gets those knots out every time (deep tissue or relaxation)! I'd recommend J&J Kneadwell for their excellent location (very near the University), very clean accommodations, and very reasonable prices.

I experience nerve pain in my neck when my muscles are too tight and I have not experienced this pain since seeing Jack. Although I do not have any other experiences to compare it to, I will definitely be back.

She knew exactly how much pressure to apply to help me relax, but also checked in a few times to make sure I was comfortable. The entire atmosphere at J&J Kneadwell is very relaxing, clean and comfortable. I also love that the products they used had little to no scent, so if you are worried about that you don’t have to. Will definitely go back!
