★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not know why j brothers renovations pop up but this is the worst building, old and moldy and leaks and is neglected and has bin for many years. Bandaids have bin places in many Hallways and vacant apartments and classed and “ Newley renovated” just to get them rented for more money, meanwhile mould is deep in the under walls, The people who already reside here have to be ignored and have there apartments neglected with repeated water leaks, mold and ants until you file court papers and take them to court nothing will be done. I’d advise anyone to stay clear of this building and others who have the same owners here have to be ignored and have there apartments neglected with repeated water leaks, mild and ants until you file court papers and take them to court nothing will be done.
