Bought a nice looking truck only to have major problems. First off they posted the wrong price and wanted more when we traveled a day to get there. Bring the truck home to find out that they seemed to not have done any maintainence to the damn thing. After fixing an oil leak and one bent camshaft later, we're currently dealing with trash stuck in the tank. Trash with French-Canadian writing on it. That's not to mention the climate control, radio and speaker problems. Thanks for the thorough maintenance before selling such a "nice" truck.

I would like to say thank you for everything that you have done in regards to getting the truck finalized. I was very impressed with the quality of the truck and service that Jon and his staff provide. I would recommend that if you are looking for a good quality used truck check with them first. Dealing with them made the process enjoyable. They are very easy to deal with and have great attitude towards perspective clients. They DON'T sell scrap. I will be recommending to anyone who asks me about my truck. Job well done folk, once again thank you for everything..

I purchased a truck for 96,000$ from this dealer in Dec of2020, i got promised a 30day warranty for major repairs. I drove the truck home to Ontario, by the time i got there it developed some major oil leaks . Both differentials were just drenched in oil ,the engine had multiple leaks , air bags were also leaking, The repairs came to almost $ 7000. I contacted the seller multiple times but wont pay any part of the bill. After all of this, the transmission is grinding gears when shifts from low to hi, that will cost another 8 to 10 thousand. They also lied about the engine being" recently" rebuilt , it turns out it was but in, 2008 . I would not recommend this dealer to anybody !!When you buy a truck for almost 100K you dont expect to start fixing things right away .Very disappointed, just another used truck dealer ,don't believe a word that comes out of there mouth.

Worked at J.Brandt Ent. for 5 years as polisher and stripped trucks in preparation for sandblasting. Mechanics are experienced and the painters are good, management has improved drastically over the years and would work here again if needed

It's an amazing place, where they can do absolutely anything--stetch a frame, swap whole diffs or ratios, do inframes, reconfigure a truck like it's made with Lego, really absolutely anything. But. . . It'd be wise to have any potential truck purchase inspected by an outside mechanic. I'd planned to buy this Western Star sitting on the lot until I saw this rusted through shock, and asked to see the mileage and hours confirmed by ECM. At that point it didn't seem worth crawling underneath for a thorough inspection, as the purchase was already dead. It's a busy place and things fall through the cracks anywhere. Inspection by an outside mechanic would help ensure the buyer isn't left with massive surprise bills early on. It's also worth noting that the majority of 5 star reviews appear to be connected to employees, family members, or friends. That said, if you're lucky enough to be in contact with them while they are in the process of building a truck, and can opt for high quality upgrades like swapping in a new or refurbished transmission, instead of a random used one, or opting for an inframe rather than a single injector or head on a tired motor, you might end up with one stop shopping for a truck built exactly how you need.
