★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je leur ai envoyé plusieurs courriels pour une soumission d'assurance avec tous les documents demandés car ma police d'assurance arrivait à échéance. Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse de leur part. Pandémie ou pas les autres courtiers prennent quand même le temps de répondre à leurs courriels.
 I sent them several emails for an insurance quote with all the requested documents as my insurance policy was about to expire. I never got a response from them. Pandemic or not, other brokers still take the time to respond to their emails.
