I spoke to Nicole, and she was a very knowledgeable kind, patient and caring representative. I hope to deal with her again in the future.
I will definitely be renewing the insurance with this company. Their prices beat all others by a few $100
I am a Costco member, which definitely gave me a considerable discount.

Great prices for car insurance if you're an Executive Costco member. Beat all my previous quotes from other insurance companies out of the water. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I switched to Inova about 4-5 years ago and my experience with them has been great. The brokers respond quickly and professionally. I typically contact Vince Pillar with any questions and/or concerns and he is really amazing and helpful.
I would recommend this brokerage as they provide good customer service and will find great rates for insurance coverage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I was quoted on a new policy at the time it was not worth changing my. This year the broker followed up to see if she could help this year and re-quoted my policy. After discussion around my condo insurance and letting me know some things had changed with regards to my car insurance. In the end she was able to quote me a price that was 1/2 the cost but with more benefits than my current provider was quoting me this year. After a thorough review I gladly switched over my policy. I would highly recommend Melissa to help you determine your needs.

I have been insured through this company for a number of years and I am very happy with the service am receiving from them as well as having Vincent available to help me with any issues I might have, which is non existence because they are so good. They're prompt, efficient, professional and easy to talk to and sees to my needs every time.

My family and I moved from Ontario and had to leave the only insurance company we had been with for over 10 years. We couldn’t ask for better service. The broker was able to handle everything over the phone in a very quick and efficient manor. He was patient with me and very friendly to work with. I’m happy my experience out east was such an easy transition. I would highly recommend requesting this broker to work with in the future.
