★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made order 4 days ago, paid extra for overnight shipping $50.00. After 3 days I didn't get anything, I give them a call and they told to me they are waiting for 1 item what they will get in 11 days. I nicely told them send me right the way what you have in stock, they promise will do right the way and send me trucking number and info of shipping. I still didn't get any answer or shipping info. I paid for overnight shipping and one item I will get after 2 weeks, don't understand why nobody can't send me email or give me a call and told me we don't have this item in stock. I ask for discount before ordering because I order lots of items or to make me a quote, their answer was prices online are final. Really bad customer support and business. If I order from Amazon will get second day, supporting this business is not good idea.

I called 2 other large companies, no answer, left a VM and e-mailed and got no response at all. I contacted Peter and he responded immediately and knew off the top of his head exactly what camera would work best for our purposes. Budget friendly, good brands with specs and prices in an e-mail within minutes of our conversation. I feel like nowadays service like that is non existent. I would 100% recommend him to anyone needing specialized tools for their business. Thanks Peter!
