★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who served me today, Thursday afternoon 9th July was ill mannered to say the least. it took all his effort to get off the bench outside and attend to me. he was surly, couldn't be bothered, grunted , had no charisma and I left vowing never to return. He must Hate his job! Is this a service company or not?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday June 26 2020 around 2:15pm. Fantastic service after we were insulted at Laurie's recycling next door. The Return-It staff helped take our items and offered money for our deposits... we told them to keep the deposits and we even paid them a tip... seemed appropriate after the rude service next door. Thanks guys, good Karma, be kind, act Canadian. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a really positive experience here! The new staff (Genevieve and Hannah) are so friendly, fast and helpful! And took the time to educate me about all the returnables, many of which I didn't realize could get a refund. So now I have another 60 items ready to go! Excellent decision by the owner to bring these young people on-board! Thank you! And... BTW the place is also spotlessly clean and better organized.
P.S. - It's true in the past at least one of the fellows was surly but he's gone now.
