★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Covid seems to be the new go to excuse for businesses to not give you call backs and leave you hanging....covid is not transmissable over your cell phone...if you can't do a job...at least let your customers know...never had a chance to have railing installed, so can't say how good service would have been...going to find someone who is upfront...
