★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our visit to Island Park was most pleasant; picked up pizza and went for a picnic with my sister and my puppy. We commented several times that it was so peaceful and quiet. Was so nice to see several little kids riding their bikes around and around the paved pathway around the duck pond; no worries of them getting into traffic. Puppy enjoyed all the sights and activities, even had a staring contest with a squirrel.
