I was eager to start working with a company who brags about their great rates, however, each time they would send me a rate (quote) and I would accept, they would take nearly a day to respond and confirm the rate. Upon confirming, they will then advise of extra charges/fees. Their final invoice charges end up being more than many local competitors. Two days ago I confirmed a rate and yesterday had to send a reminder e-mail requesting status update - as I had not heard back for 24 hours. At that time they advised they had still not booked the pick-up... This has been my experience with them for every shipment. If your shipments are time-sensitive or client's projects are urgent; choose a different carrier. From one shipper to another, best of luck with your shipping. EDIT: The only reviews about ISG actually explaining an experience, are negative; all positive reviews are just star-ratings with no explanation. A common trick to get friends & employees to "review" and increase their ratings. Avoid using ISG Transportation.

All of the loads are flawlessly tracked and most importantly someone will answer the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even though they have really grown in the last 10 years, a lot of the same people still regularly answer the phone. I have heard that they are now a $200 million dollar a year company with a ton of household name customers.

Rojan, Tina, Gary, Masood and Ravi are an awesome team that are ALWAYS available and extremely professional. If you work with ISG, ask for these guys to manage your freight. Their communication and attention to anything urgent is exceptional.
