★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fellow showed up and did the repair okay, asked me for a cheque and said he would email the invoice. The invoice never arrived. Also asked for an appointment the following week for another job and was not ever contacted.
I would say the customer service and follow through need a little work.
I won't call them again.
