★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chuck Gonzales his real name Gordon from Delta .We replaced the windows on his 30 year old California style home . Stucco on the outside with no overhang under the stucco rotten and already water damaged. The house is located on the waterfront with extreme high wind conditions. Gordon measured and ordered the windows by his own and he did it wrong because we had to cut the frames from two windows to fit them in .Each window value 250 $. We didn't installed the silicone and we didn't made the painting . Gordon gave us no chance to fix the problem with the 1 leaking window ( we were away for two weeks ) in that time he hired somebody else .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice guy, but well beyond his level of expertise and zero accountability when something goes wrong.
Peter's shoddy installation of our windows ended up costing us $50,000 in building envelope repairs. He used the wrong materials and techniques and our windows leaked.
When we re-installed the windows, we found that he had knowingly damaged several by cutting the window rather than adjust the new frames that he had built. He does not return phonecalls and has not come forward with any restitution.
If you're building a fence, they may be alright - but anything more sophisticated... I would run elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ April 2017: Peter built this awesome detached garage for me and my wife and we are extremely happy with the results. Even the city inspectors were very impressed about his work. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and VERY hard working.
Yes, due to his quality work it is sometimes hard to get a hold of him but that is because he is so smoking busy because people love his work and he is booked all the time. I will always use A-Z Carpentry again and I already have another project in mind. Fantastic results - highly recommended.
Meanwhile we have end of November and Peter did it again. Have a look at the massive 2-car carport / deck / canopy combination. Accept the railing all done by Peter... I will get the glass on the canopy very soon.

He showed up each day at the same time, and was very reliable. His work was awesome. He found things that were done by prior owners incorrectly and repaired them and made sure our house was safe in the process.
