★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avions besoin d'un rendez/vous d'urgence et information pour notre fille de 4 ans. Après avoir consulter ma clinique qui nous a clairement refuser je me tourne vers celle ci.
Chantale au téléphone dune courtoisie inégalable me dit qu'elle est complète dans le jus du a la reprise suite à la covid. Les rendez vous vont très loin. Elle se renseigne. Peu de temps après nous avons suite.
C'est un super service de la part de Chantal et du Dr. Turbide.
Un gros.merci je recommande fortement.
A oui je vais prend un rendez vous pour mon examen annuelle Jai.un nouveau besoin de lentille.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WOW super service, mes lunettes on eu un petit problème et ils ont réglé le problème, même si ma garantie venait à peine d'être expiré, faut dire qu'étant militaire, on bouge beaucoup et lors de la fin de la garantie je n'étais pas au QC pour faire honoré ma garantie, j'apprécie le service de la Gérante et maintenant j'ai la tête tranquille, vous venez de gagner un client pour longtemps !!!!
WOW great service, my glasses had a little problem and they fixed the problem, even if my warranty had just expired, must be said that being military, we move a lot and when the warranty ends I do not was not in the QC to honor my guarantee, I appreciate the service of the Manager and now I have peace of mind, you have just won a customer for a long time !!!!

J’ai habituellement beaucoup de difficulté à trouver une monture et avec l’aide de la conseillère ça été facile et agréable. Merci pour la belle expérience, je vais y retourner avec ma famille c’est certain.
Very nice shop, warm welcome, competent staff, very nice choice of mount. I was very well advised to choose my glasses. I usually have a hard time finding a mount and with the help of the counselor it was easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the beautiful experience, I will go back with my family for sure.
