I have a problem with with the fireplace they installed and they won't show up for any of the appointments they make and they won't get back to me when I call. The owner is the person I'm dealing with too. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Weve had 4 appointments confirmed where no one has shown up, and 2 appointments where a tech showed up without the parts to fix. The cherry on the cake was when the company called about our broken toilet. (We don't have a broken toilet). This is a zero star rating.

I could write a book about negatives for this company but I am just going to keep it short. Once you give him your deposit you are screwed. Never showed on time. Guys that work for him are not qualified to touch the gas lines so it is very scary looking at what they are doing in your home. Also they scratched the hardwood on so many different spots. I have to take them to court to get my deposit back. Stay away from this company . Definitely not recommend.

I did find phone conversation a little challenging, but email communication was very prompt. They did provide me a lead time of 3 - 4 weeks for some of my plumbing products, as they were special orders. All products were delivered to me on time. The prices and services were great. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone.
H	H H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner (Sam) is an absolute con artist , he needed a licensed plumber to help install fireplaces and train 2 of his employees, I worked for him for 4 weeks and never got paid a dollar (Dec 2018-Jan 2019). very sketchy work and operate out of a dodge caravan not fit for the roads. It's disgusting someone like this, improper venting that's likely going to kill a Family, work on icy roofs with no fall protection.

We were looking to replace two fixtures that got scratched/damaged so I went in and ordered (paying full price). Between the time we ordered the fixtures and they arrived, they changed the design of the model without changing the model number or notifying us. So we got new fixtures which look and function differently. Got home from work one day and they were installed, and they won't exchange them for the older style. What a joke. Avoid this place if you can. What kind of company changes a model when they have open orders for that model without notifying customers? Absurd.
