If you are getting started on your new custom project, we are able to provide professional advice, information & answer all questions regarding stone surfaces. We work alongside clients to ensure that the project is finished to their specifications. We make sure the project is done in a timely manner while maintaining quality in the final product. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot believe that this company claims BBB affiliation! I used them for kitchen countertops & new sink summer reno 2017. After tempting, they returned to install, and FREAKED on me because the existing countertop wasn't completely removed, and the (heavy) gas stove hadn't been moved out - NONE of which was mentioned to me by anyone; not Amy on the phone booking, nor by the guy who did the templating. HE forgot to template one whole section so had to return because of his error anyway. HAD anyone told me, it would have been done. THEN after installation, they'd made the hole too narrow for the stove to be put back. And THEN the plumber had to spend an extra hour 'McGyvering' connection of the new sink (purchased from Granite Country) because the connection pieces supplied with it DID NOT FIT - on a Friday afternoon already 2 days without water. When this was brought to Amy's attention SEVERAL TIMES by my designer and myself via email and phone she repeatedly interrupted, yelled, talked over, and flatly refused to cough up the extra hour of plumber wages or make any adjustment of the price. She insisted to do so, the sink would have to be disconnected, parts returned to her - and her reason? She stated it was impossible. Undo my sink? Return parts? Be without water again and for how long? Who'll pay for all of this!? Incredibly rude, unreasonable, TERRIBLE customer relations and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY if you need to retain any sanity. If I could rate with less than 1 * I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to finish, these folks were great. It took about a month for us to pick the granite--we are a little fussy, or perhaps it more my wife than me!!--but they were patient and didn't mind waiting for us to decide.
Once we did pick the slabs (our kitchen reno ended up needing two), they invited us in to template the pieces and pick the parts of the slabs that we liked and even where the sick and cooktops should go. They were great. And the install went well and we can't thank them enough for the lovely natural stone on our counter and island. Thanks Sam, and Lisa and Scott. Troy and Nathalie

The company was contacted and within 30 minutes Scott was at the door. He had a cleanser that removed all of the marks. We have been happy with the countertops and impressed with the service.
