★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nightmare to deal with, uneducated uninformed reps, they will tell you different things everytime you call and their behaviour is extremely rude. Try it and you will see. The platform crashes on a regular basis where you can’t log in and close positions, that leads to huge losses and they will also tell you that is your fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible organization to invest with. Once your money is in you'll never be able to get it out. They will claim they never got the documents or they can't open them or some other excuse. Do not invest with this company or your money will be theirs & you will need a lawyer to get it back. I'm having to call my lawyer just to get MY OWN MONEY back. Liars, cheats & thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called BMO Investorline on July 28, 2021 and waited for 50 minutes. The website says that the average wait time for the week was 128 seconds. Why should I be with them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete absence of customer service! How does a multi-billion dollar business get away with this? The only way to get in touch with Investorline is to call, be put on hold for hours (sometimes even this is not possible because they are too busy) and then get disconnected by the phone system after 2+ hours on hold. And the phone line is open only during business hours Mon-Fri EST. No offices, except in Toronto. The appointment line never returns calls. BMO Investorline is not accessible to an average Canadians with a day job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is easy, as advertised, once you get logged into investorline. BMO is continually messing with the login procedures, I have been locked out enough times, where I can't log in at all, now I will sell positions or transfer to another provider.
