★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service i had ever faced in life. I saw a house for rent with them, which was on lease, I submitted documents which they asked me for. Despite having a very good credit score, I never got reply from Alex (agent) that was the application approved or not, i messaged him several times but there was no reply,i waited for one week, but when i asked my friend to text him for same house he replied quickly. At least he would have said me yes or no. I have to also change the current house From 1st march, now i am stuck. Very very unprofessional and inferior service. Wish i would have zero stars to give.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst property rental company I have had to deal with in Vancouver. No response from the agent and when you call the company the agent texts you right away in exact words saying "Stop calling our company". I wonder how they got a license to operate with such unprofessional services. I would give them a negative rating, had there been an option for that. Please close your agency if you are not willing to cater to your clients. Or hire staff that is professional and willing to respond. Thanks!
