★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot for a walk and to relax. There's individual bike and pedestrian lanes. Tons of parking spots (free and paid). Many good restaurants and coffee shops around the area too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Inukshuk, a landmark of English Bay and a very picturesque place for taking photos, particularly at sunset. With English Bay beach just to the side, and on the other side you have a very 'zen' rock garden, where people practice their skills at balancing rocks on top of one another. It's a great place to spend a few hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This estanding stone landmark , commemorative sign or cairn is a centuries old symbol ...the Inukshuk is very present in Inuit tradition.. it signifies safety, hope and friendship..this structure stands along the area near English Bay beach...we were here at 9 pm in the evening and the stars lit the heavens and the nearby English Bay set a very relaxed tone for our evening...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful rendition of a traditional Inukshuk, albeit at a much larger scale, in a picturesque setting on a peninsula at the tip of English Bay beach. Not sure if the urban legend about food being buried under her is true, but I didn't dig to find out.
