Breathlessly beautiful and relaxing. Unbeatable views and a space that feels like home. Lovely hosts providing quick communication and who go above and beyond to make you feel like more then a customer. We cannot wait to return.

We stayed at the InntheBluff for 4 nights in October 2019. And we felt like we found a slice of heaven! The is no detail overlooked! It was spotlessly clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed, loads of firewood, several lounging areas outside. Not to mention the infinity hot tub and the spectacular view of active pass. Lawrence provided us with loads of great information prior to arrival to ensure a wonderful experience. His communication was efficient and clear. We spent our rainy day tucked in next to the Tulikiviv Fire, watching movies and cooking and our sunny days hiking, reading, and enjoying the beautiful view. There is great hiking right outside your doorstep. Galiano Island is beautiful. Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. There are several local places to eat. We especially enjoyed the Woodstone Manor. Great food, ambience and service. We were so lucky to come across this little paradise. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you! Jocelyn & MItch

This was our second stay and it will not be the last. Each time our expectations were exceeded by a wide margin and I would dare to say that it was a heavenly experience! Lawrence communicated with us very effectively from the beginning, provided a lot of useful information, and the check-in process was very easy. The house location is in the middle of the forest with a large distance from other houses and we had the feeling that we are alone in nature and have lots of privacy. It was very quiet and we loved listening to the calming sounds of the ocean and birds. There is only one source of noise and that is from the ferries that pass from the nearby ocean. It is far and infrequent enough to not be an issue unless you are very sensitive. The views from the house are stunning... From one side we saw the forest and from the front deck, the beautiful ocean, and nearby islands. It was a real pleasure to lay on the deck and relax to the views and sounds of nature. The inside of the house is so delightful and cozy. Looking at every corner of the house gave me a feeling of nostalgia and the attention to the details is impressive. We deeply enjoyed getting warm around the fireplace in the cold weather and relaxing to the crackling sound of the fire while enjoying the views from the inside. We appreciated having lots of wood available for the fireplace. As already alluded, the views from the inside of the house are gorgeous too, both from the big windows of the main floor and from the upstairs rooms and the two balconies! In terms of amenities, we had everything we needed and more. Having many dishes and a dishwasher was so helpful: it allowed us to focus more on enjoying our experience rather than washing the dishes. There were many useful tools (e.g., USB chargers, flashlight), utensils (e.g., garlic crusher), spices, and teas in the house. And there is the hot tub, which was perfect after a long day of explorations for relaxing while listening to the sounds of nature and gazing at the stars. The views are also great, but we always used it at night. Galiano island itself is a magical place with pristine nature... We saw deers, hummingbirds, seals, eagles, and heard whales, not only around the island but also in the house itself! There are many beautiful trails over the island and we loved that in many of them we had the views of the ocean and forest at the same time. What further blew our mind was seeing groups of sea lions from a very close distance. It was basically experiencing one of those perfect wildlife videos that I thought I could only see on TV, in real life. To summarize, it was a dream come true experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes nature, quietness and wants to disconnect from the busy life and just relax.
